To increase the diversity of underserved & underrepresented youth of all ethnicities in agriculture, science and conservation careers while simultaneously developing outdoor recreational skills through hands-on interactive experiences led by professional and community role models.
Our mission is to inspire future leaders and increase diversity in the fields of agriculture, conservation, and science by providing meaningful outdoor educational experiences to children and youth of historically underserved communities.
